It was the 90's. Shoreditch was fun. Hoxton Square was still a God forsaken place owned by the church with a cafe called Wrong Wrong on one side and The Vicar's house on the other.
One rainy October morning I saw a man with his dog walking down Curtain Road. Well I had never seen a dog like that. It was like a Francis Bacon painting.
This was Bonnie!
Bonnie was Old Skool Kool! She could pull you on a skateboard around Shoreditch way before the Overground. She would come to Capoeira when the Brazilian Martial Art was no more than a tong twister to the population west of Old Street roundabout.
Everyone loved Bonnie!

Then on 4th March 1998 on Downham Road E8 Saffas Baby Bubbles aka Bonnie had a litter of 11 puppies. Sadly one passed away but wait till you meet the rest of the Motley Crew!
I love this photo because just under Bonnie's chin one can see Turk, my first true bullie love.
